If asked how I found Dave and Helen I would have to say some sort of angel led me to them as I was at a loss as to where to go for help. I have two seven year old dogs who without us knowing had become very unhappy after a house move. We only realised there was a problem when the neighbours complained that the dogs were barking all day when we were at work. I found Helen and Dave on the internet, sent an email asking for help and got a phone call from Dave the next day. Dave and Helen came to see the dogs and it was agreed that Dave would come in to the dogs to let them out. After a few weeks it became obvious that the barking was the least of our problems and the fact was our dogs were very unhappy. A quick phone call to Helen and an appointment was made for a consultation. During the consultation Helen explained clearly and honestly what the problems were and what we needed to do to help our dogs. Now two months down the line and yes the barking has stopped but the biggest thing of all. My dogs are happy, happier than they have ever been. I don`t think I could put into words how thankful I am to Helen and Dave for the help they have given me. I know they are always at the end of the phone if I need them and believe me I called a number of times at the beginning most of the time on the brink of tears, but I was soon put back on track. Helen and Dave are two of the kindest people I have ever met, they are brilliant with my dogs. I would definitely sing their praise from the rooftops any day of the week.

I want to highly recommended Lesley Harris for dog listening. I contacted her after my dog was attacked and had started getting funny with other dogs.
I was unsure about contacting someone as felt I had done something wrong and had failed the dog and so was apprehensive of the reaction I would receive, I have had dogs before and never had any issues with them so felt somewhat embarrassed about seeking help as many people had said I didn`t need a trainer. How wrong were they! i It was the best thing I could have done!

Lesley was very supportive and understanding and gave me some advice over the phone prior to meeting which was a huge support.
I found her to be very easy to talk to and knowledgeable and her suggestions etc comprehensive and advice was comprehensive and easy to follow.

My dog is an incredibly difficult stubborn dog and, although not overnight, huge changes were visible with the methods employed. Although there is still a way to go we are getting there with my dog. She has become so much better and is a completely different dog.

Lesley has provided ongoing support and kept in touch with me throughout the time I`ve been coming to see her which has been a huge support and helpful for any questions I`ve had.

The happy at heel harness was such a relief aslant I could walk my dog (with a damaged shoulder) without being pulled around. Needless to say its a fabulous piece of kit which is kind to the dog. Clearly I love it more than my dog though!
If I`m honest had I not found Lesley I genuinely believe I would not have my dog today. She became such a handful I wasn`t sure what I could do and wasn`t sure if it was fair on her to stay with me. Because of Lesley`s hard work and methods we are still together. I can not recommend her or the Pure dog listening enough. It has made such a huge difference to our lives. I was hesitant, but take it from me there`s no need to be.... It was the best thing I could have done for me and more importantly my dog. Thank you so much Lesley.

I highly recommend Dani in the USA for anyone living with a canine member of the family. She taught me to deal with my dog on a basis he understands. I no longer have issues with barking or straining at the leash when walking. People marvel that our dog will walk between my wife and I, rather than pull one of us along the sidewalk.
